The hotel's PLUS
The Villars Palace Academy is more than a school, it is an institution. A comprehensive hotel training course, which combines theory and practice, in the heart of their sublime resort.
In order to develop exceptional skills, the students are confronted with unusual situations. For example, in the first semester they go on a mountain trekking expedition where they have to find their own food and overcome climatic challenges.
In the second semester they go on a sailing boat in teams to learn about leadership and team building.
Towards the end of the fourth semester they go to Tanzania where they stay in a camp and learn about hospitality in a different way. They also face the physical and mental challenge of climbing the 4,565m Mount Meru. Unique experiences to instil in them unique values.
